6. Getting Started
All business relationships begin with a discussion to see if we “fit” together. With Dream Cones, we are willing to listen to your comments and explanation specifically everything what we can to do to assist you to start Dream Cones Italian ice-cream business. Bellowing as 10 basic steps to start:
1. Find a suitable business location and send us your application as the franchisee (You can download the registration form or register online)
2. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a meeting with you.
3. At the first meeting you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement after which we'll discuss the features of the ice-cream business including financial details. You can ask any questions during this discussion.
4. We will provide you a copy of the "Dream Cones store Franchise Agreement" for your consideration. You may want to take this document to a lawyer for any legal interpretations and advice.
5. Once you have had time to fully understand the Franchise Agreement, it will be time to sign it. And you will pay the money as deposit fee as the agreement.
6. After signing the agreement, you will work closely with us to map to preliminary design of your store. We would need around 2 months for all preparation steps to open store since signing the agreement.
7. Once store design’s completed, you will order equipment and supplies needed for the store. At that time, you will pay part of the value of your order & the rest of the order will be paid when the goods arrived at the port.
8. While preparation for the store and waiting for imported equipment, you and your staff will undergo our intensive training program.
9. Take possession of your future & equipment, supplies, furniture stores ... in accordance with your order and order ice-cream as you want
10. Three days before opening, you and your staff will begin the on-site, Pre-opening training and familiarization program under the guidance of specialists Dream Cones.
