STAINLESS STEEL TUBS

If you display ice cream, maximum marketing appeal is achieved using stainless steel tubs. We have standard tubs use by our franchisees but we will fill ANY tub you provide. Product in steel tubs is sold by the kilo at a unit price depending on flavor. The ice cream is mounded up and elaborately decorated to enhance its appeal. The amount of mounding depends on you. The customer must purchase the tubs which must be returned to us for refill. Used tubs are usually returned when the next shipment of ice cream is delivered. Delivery is in polyurethane freezer boxes.

DISPOSABLE PLASTIC TUBS

We deliver 2.5 liter disposable plastic tubs, 16 x 34.5 x 11 cm. (d). The dimensions include a 1.5 cm. lip. Price is “by-the-tub.” Delivery is in non-return corrugated boxes packed with dry ice. The ice cream has a very attractive “flat” swirling finish on top to allow the lid to fit snugly. Fruit or other garnishes are added to increase appeal. Tubs can be stacked on top of each other which maximizes freezer capacity

PRICES & OTHER STUFF

PRICES: Our prices are based on production costs. Some flavors are more expensive because of the huge quantity of fruit required to produce good flavor

DELIVERY TIME: We usually deliver within three business days of order. We prefer to receive orders by Friday morning for delivery on Tuesday. However we always try to meet the customer's needs.


CONES: We make a distinctive, aromatic cone using eggs and butter. Cones are packed in moisture-proofed cellophane sleeves, 10 per sleeve.


FLAVORS: With more than 70 different flavors, Dream Cones are always ready to serve any your requirement on the traditional Italy ice-cream flavors. We are constantly adding more flavors, so when you are ready to buy, call or email us and we will provide the most current list.


Fruit flavors are made with pasteurized fruit which is NEVER boiled, which helps to retain full food value, vitamins and minerals. Chocolate flavor is made with the finest Belgium bittersweet chocolate we can buy. “Sorbets” are made with a fruit and water base. “Gelato” is made with a milk base. “Sugar free” products are sweetened with Maltitole, a tapioca product with 40% less calories than regular sugar. If a flavor is not marked “Sorbet” or “Sugar Free” it is a milk-based gelato Italian ice cream product.
